Providing you with a welcoming space to relax
Come flow with Mónica this Fall! All classes are taught in Spanglish (English & Spanish) and are open to all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, you’re welcome in this space.
In-person classes
Classes are currently at Salseros Dance Studio at 2512 Oakmont Way, Unit C, Eugene, OR. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Parking is free.
